01Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this site exclude VAT.
02How much is a registered business address?
Basic is VND 650,000/month. Standard is VND 1,000,000/month and adds 2 hours of meeting room each month.
03Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes. Pay 12 months upfront and use the address for 14 months.
04What documents do I need to register the address?
It depends on your type of company. Call 0364 539 997 and we will send you the exact checklist.
05How do I book the meeting room?
Call 0364 539 997 or send the contact form. The 12-seat room is VND 250,000/hour or VND 1,200,000/half day.
06How many guests can an event have?
Up to 50 guests in the garden house, at VND 4,000,000/half day. Tea break is VND 80,000/guest.
07How big is the private office?
It suits a team of 2–3 and costs VND 5,500,000/month.
08Can I rent storage?
Yes, storage starts from VND 250,000/month.
09How are legal, tax and marketing services priced?
